Each installation is different and unique. The first step is to choose what areas will be monitored with the cameras. The location of the cameras and area to be monitored will determine the type of cameras to be used. The next decision is to determine how the cameras are to be observed, type of monitor (monitor, TV, local area computer, over the internet), and who will have access to the monitoring. Finally, if there is to be a recording made from the cameras, how this will be done (DVR or computer hard drive). These decisions will determine the system to be installed.
